Design Consultation

Each service starts with an in-person or virtual consultation to assess what you love and don’t love about your space. We’ll talk about your goals, how you want your home to feel, and ways to achieve your vision. I will provide creative ideas for space planning, color schemes, furniture, staging, styling and accessorizing. After the consultation, you may choose to run with the ideas on your own, or have me put the ideas into action for you with one of the packages listed.

Investment: $150 for up to 2 hours

New Home Construction Assistance

From working with the architect, contractor, or builder through all the necessary color and fixture selections. I am right by your side every step of the way to make this, sometimes overwhelming process, easier and more enjoyable.

e-Design/Virtual Design

E-Design is a virtual interior design option offering a convenient and affordable alternative to hiring a traditional interior decorator. It allows me to work with you from anywhere in the world because the design process is done entirely online! At the end of the process, clients will receive a custom designed space to meet their style, budget and overall needs. *E-Design includes:

• One Hour Virtual Consultation

• You Share Photos and Measurements of Room

• I create Initial Design Concepts to Review

• 2D Design Boards

• Shopping List for Furniture and Accessories

• Communication on the Room for 30 Days

Interior Design to Re-Design your Space

I provide personalized interior decorating services to make your home feel warm, functional and inviting. Whether you want to completely makeover a room, need help accessorizing, or just moved in and are starting from scratch, I can help bring your vision to life. I will discuss your style preferences in detail during our initial consultation, and I will create a design concept to give your space a fresh new look. I can start from scratch or use pieces that you already own and combine them with new furnishings that fit your style - all within a price point that you are comfortable with.

• Shopping Services (online)

Investment: Starting at $225/room

Color Consultation/Paint Selections

Paint can completely transform a room, but selecting the right color can be difficult. As a Certified Color Expert, I understand how different colors relate to each other and how they work with the undertone of a space. I can help you select the correct color for your walls, trim, doors, cabinets, etc. to ensure a harmonious look to each space.

Investment: $300 for up to 4 hours, $125 each additional hour

Shopping Services

Are you looking for something specific but need some assistance? We provide personalized shopping services to help you with whatever you need. We can shop with you to find a new sofa, select backsplash for your kitchen, find the perfect rug, choose the perfect chandelier, etc.! We can also shop on our own for you and help you find the perfect piece

Investment: $75/hour

Occupied Home Staging Services

I offer staging services to homeowners and real estate agents that need to get their homes/listings in tip top shape for selling. During our initial consultation, we will discuss where you are in the process of selling and what sort of feedback you’ve received (if the home is already on the market). We will provide feedback and ideas to maximize the home’s best features and get it ready to sell.

I take a fresh, affordable approach to Home Staging. I work with furnishings that are in the home and redesign each space to give it a fresh look that is ready to sell. If necessary, we can purchase additional accessories via our personalized shopping services to tie everything together and freshen up the home. First impressions are so important - our goal is to create a warm, welcoming space that potential buyers can visualize themselves living in, and to help you sell your home as quickly as possible.

Investment:

• Consultation: $150 for up to 2

• Staging: $175/hour

Selling your home in the fastest amount of time for the most money is my goal! I research the market and determine who the prospective buyers will most likely be. Using the psychology of color I can create just the right color pallet the new homeowners will be relieved to have on their walls.
